The Faith Group operates a chain of salons known as The Faith. We apply information about customers, treatments, and promotional expertise obtained from that business to product development in a timely manner.
In addition, we make full use of the approach to ideal salon management that we have developed in the course of operating The Faith salons to provide management consulting services to salons that purchase our products. In this way, we are able to provide feedback in the form of practical expertise.
Staying on the front lines of the
effort to spread use of esthetic salons in Japan
Even today, some 20 years after esthetic salons first came to Japan, the industry retains a negative image among the general public. Despite the fact that most women are interested in visiting an esthetic salon, only about 20% of them have actually experienced what it is like to do so. That low number is the result of the unease and distrust that customers feel toward esthetic treatments.
The mission of The Faith salons is to provide service in keeping with the Faith Group’s philosophy of sincerity. In addition to promoting professional-grade esthetic salons in Japan, we offer variety of different types of support in keeping with our belief that the top priority is generating good skin care results for customers.
